The logistical and practical aspects of welcoming a new family member into your life will greatly support you so you can focus on the important things: bonding, resting, breastfeeding.

PREGNANCY & BIRTH CAN BE EMPOWERING AND YUMMY

A customisable package to learn valuable holistic skills (incl Dancing for Birth, Calm Birth etc.) for birth, fear-clearance, mindset prep and heal some limiting imprints of mom and dad to increase your capacity for a positive transformative birth experience and entry into parenthood

"Conscious Conception" ON THE WAY

6 X 2.5h Sessions

RESET & CLEAR YOUR NEGATIVE IMPRINTS FROM LIFE'S CHALLENGES AS A GIFT TO YOUR BABY

Through various processes we explore your entry into the world and current/prior aspects holding you back in life, towards new empowering reference points so you can birth, live & parent free from limiting imprints (best before conception but never too late).

A body, mind, emotion, soul approach.

Always with intention and love.

Each of these programs are lovingly designed and because you are unique, we can adjust them to suit your particular needs. Each additional package added, gets you 10% discount off such package.

Sessions take place live online (international) or in-home (Luxembourg, add 15%) and in-office (Helmsange, add 10%). Weeknights and weekends available at a surcharge of +10%.
