Without Marise I would never have had the birth I had...

 

I would never believe that I can do it without medication and that I would be ready to go through it all again the day after. I am not a spiritual person, I have never really enjoyed yoga and I have never done any meditation. So Hypno-birthing sounded to me like a science fiction!

 

And even after 3 months of daily practice, I was still not sure I would be able to do it. But I did. And it was amazing! I enjoyed giving birth to my little baby boy.

Without Marise I would not have had the same baby furniture, mattress, stroller and car seat and I would be very stressed to navigate in the shops with so many options and contradicting recommendations.

Without Marise I might have quit breastfeeding. With bleeding nipples and a constantly hungry baby the bottle sounded like a rescue camp!

Without Marise I would not have attended the infant first aid course and I would not have tried Baby-wearing.

Marise, thank you for your guidance and constant support during the most magical part of my life!
